Description
This Zisha teapot is made from Yixing purple clay, with pastoral scenes of animals in nature carved into it. The Tian Chan on the lid has an intense look with its bright, piercing eyes; just the same as Pi Xiu, the Tian Chan is also a symbol of auspicious, wealth, and good fortune in China. The teapot’s spout has a slight bend to it, and connects smoothly with the body; the handle is comfortable to hold, and altogether the shape of the pot is quite exquisite.
